Excellent until documents signed and 5 day insurance not granted as car registered with private plate. Not offered a lift home to sort out insurance. Had to ask for transport home !

Booked car in easily and promptly, full health check , wheel alignment on four wheels , engine management check found two sensors needed changed, fuel additive put in , car washed and valeted ,car driving like new , thanks again Kirkcaldy BMW .

The salesman, Sean Harley, was professional all the way through the process and also accommodating as I changed my order after 4 weeks, the car arrived slightly earlier than expect and so far the whole thing has been trouble free.
