Good service. Nice area to work in. As I stayed and waited. Staff are professional but also lovely and helpful. One fault is that I have a lease car and your records don't show it. I always get given a bill!!

Kirkcaldy service centre does not provide online pricing - all POA. Had to get pricing via email which was very slow and unnecessary if other centres offer this up front when booking online. Please offer this going forward for transparency.

Car had to be in garage for 9am. Was given courtesy car which I had to pay £20 for, for the day. The car is 3 Months old. Any issues should be fixed and any costs covered by bmw. There should be no charge due to inconvenience caused

Gave a 4 because on phone I was told it would be an hour to an hour 15 for a waiting appointment so took ample time off work. Ended up being over 2 hour wait. Just say it can take that long so customers can prep properly. No apologies from staff.

Asked for damage report i.e confirm writing that car has no damage prior to going in, didn't but staff walked around car to confirm verbally. No heating in showroom. Cardboard tags hanging from rear view mirror and mirror needed adjusting. Staff nice

Overall very satisfied with work carried out on car and staff when entering showroom and updates. Would have been more however when I received my car back after being asked if I would like the inside cleaned.hoovered, nothing was done.
