This is the 3rd car I've purchased since 2020 from BMW Kirkcaldy, there are a few reasons for this. These are the obviously the product, continuity of personnel and excellent customer service as all details are explained and taken care of.

Kirkcaldy BMW Branch have damaged / scratched my steering wheel while it was in for a brake pads and brake fluid change. They have given a goodwill to try and remove the marks but the marks are scratches that have damaged the wheel.
