The service afforded to me from Arnold Clark, BMW, Kirkcaldy could not have been better. Everyone from the Receptionist, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Genius and Workshop team who prepared my car for presentation were excellent.

Happy with the service, kept informed with progress. Not sure why I got an MOT failure when the reported fault that was to be repaired was not done before the MOT. A further MOT pass was done after the repair. Overall happy with the servive. Thanks.

Customer service was poor. Female at the service desk staring at computer and did not acknowledge me at all. When the guy came back to the desk I was told my service plan which I purchased online last year was not accepted with Arnold Clark!.
