David Corstorphine, sales consultant was excellent. Really approachable, professional and knowledgeable. David was able to answer all questions in a pleasant, understanding manner and went out of his way to make things go smoothly.

Bad experience when the car became available. Salesman was too pushy with his communication, something that I will not put up with. My feelings were given direct and the salesman apologised, which I accepted.

The buying process happened earlier than we expected, meaning we were less organised than we should've been, but Sean Harley at Arnold Clark was exceptionally helpful in sorting everything out.

Brilliant service from walking through the door to leaving in the new car a few months later. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. I know I could get in touch with any issue and I'd get a speedy response to solve the issue.
