Completely satisfied in the end. car was dirty and water marks all over it. It's a brand new car. The car should have been in the hand over bay and wasn't. Adam rectified this and also had the car cleaned. These things should have been done prior.

I would recommend this BMW Centre, this is the second new car I've bought from them everything about the process is explained and hassle free.

Fast turn around. Gave me exactly what I was after.

Simple process. Drop keys off with the person performing the service whilst enjoying a complimentary coffee. Phone call to establish tyre replacement. Phone call to inform me that MOT was passed and that my car was ready to be collected.

Despite some issues with the purchase of my new car and trade-in, the BMW centre put right the new car issues and honoured the trade in amount. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
