From getting an overnight test drive, to configuring a car to ultimately deciding on a car on the forecourt, I never felt pressured. Adam went above and beyond to get me the car i wanted, then phoned me the next to day to ensure I was getting on OK

The initial booking being told i needed to give my car for the whole day because they need to do a free check, until the day i took the car in i thought i had to have this health check done. Stressful

Our only negative relates to a faulty sensor which we reported to the Kirkcaldy branch in January to be told the earliest date available was 28th March and was advised we could go to any other BMW garage, not practical.

Great communication throughout. Courtesy car was spotless and had no issues. Car was resolved and able to pick up same day. Coffee was also offered first thing when I arrived to drop my car off.
